In our village, most families still depend on daily wage work and small farming for survival. Parents work tirelessly from morning till night, yet they cannot provide their children with access to quality education or skill training that today’s world demands.

 

Many of our youth have completed Degree, B.Tech, or MCA, but due to a lack of digital skills, communication ability, and career guidance, they remain unemployed — returning again to daily wage work or agriculture in the same village.

 

This is not their fault — it is the lack of opportunities and learning infrastructure.

 

To change this, BODUGU (I) FOUNDATION is launching a new initiative — the Village Digital Library & Skill Development Center, a space designed to connect Education → Skills → Employment.
