As the Founder, he is the visionary behind the creation of Bodugu (I) Foundation. His mission is to lay the foundation for equality, education, healthcare, and skill development, bringing transformational change to rural communities.

As the Chairman, he provides strategic direction to the Foundation and guides the board members. He ensures that every initiative aligns with community needs, while maintaining transparency and accountability in governance.

As the Managing Director, he oversees the execution of all projects, day-to-day operations, and team management. He is responsible for building CSR partnerships, engaging with government support, and ensuring effective implementation of programs at the grassroots level.

Vice Chairperson & Executive Director

The Vice Chairperson provides second-line leadership and presides over meetings in the absence of the Chairman.
• Actively participates in the implementation of board decisions.
• Plays a key role in overseeing women empowerment, social initiatives, and rural development projects.
• Works closely with the Chairman in strategic planning and decision-making.
 
The Executive Director leads the programs and operations of the Foundation.
• Directly supervises all initiatives such as rural health camps, educational programs, and skill development projects.
• Maintains active engagement with volunteers, CSR partners, and the local community.
• Ensures that every project is executed transparently and reflects the mission of the Foundation.

Chief Executive Officer

Serves as the Chief Executive Officer of BODUGU (I) FOUNDATION, leading nationwide programs across education, health, women empowerment, and rural development. With strong experience in community leadership and social innovation, drives the Foundation’s mission of “Empowering Rural Dreams, Connecting Global Hearts.”

Guided by Founder & Chairman Mr. Dhamodharam, he ensures transparent operations, impactful execution, and strong partnerships with government, CSR, and global donors — transforming rural potential into sustainable progress.

General Secretary

The General Secretary of Bodugu (I) Foundation plays a key role in ensuring smooth administration and effective implementation of all decisions and projects.
• Acts as the primary link between the Foundation and government departments, CSR organizations, and local community leaders.
• Implements board resolutions and oversees the execution of village-level programs.
• Coordinates with members, donors, and volunteers to strengthen participation.
• Ensures that every project reflects the core mission of Bodugu Foundation – Education, Health, Skill Development, and Rural Empowerment.

Secretary - Rural & Agriculture Develoment Operations

The Operations & Rural Development Manager at Bodugu (I) Foundation oversees and manages all ground-level initiatives to ensure effective implementation.
• Plays a key role in managing health camps, educational distributions, and skill training programs.
• Engages with volunteers, local leaders, and communities to drive successful project outcomes.
• Ensures that every initiative is carried out with transparency, timeliness, and quality standards.

Secreatary - Public Relations & Communications

Serves as the Public Relations and Communications Officer at BODUGU (I) FOUNDATION, responsible for managing the organization’s media outreach, public image, and stakeholder communication.

With a strong background in public relations, content strategy, and social impact storytelling, ensures that the Foundation’s message — “Empowering Rural Dreams, Connecting Global Hearts” — reaches communities, donors, and partners across India and abroad.

He leads all social media, press releases, campaigns, and event communications, working closely with the Founder & CEO to promote transparency, engagement, and trust.

Secreatry - Health and Environmental & Sustainability Operations

The Environment & Sustainability Focus position at Bodugu (I) Foundation is dedicated to protecting the environment and promoting sustainable rural development.
• Oversees initiatives such as afforestation, water conservation, and renewable energy projects.
• Leads anti-plastic campaigns, clean village drives, and green awareness programs.
• Ensures that all initiatives are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
• Collaborates with government agencies, CSR partners, and local communities to promote eco-friendly lifestyles.
Leads the Foundation’s environment and sustainability programs including afforestation, waste management, clean water, and renewable energy initiatives.

Secretary- Women Empowerment Operations

The Women & Community Focus role at Bodugu (I) Foundation is dedicated to women empowerment and holistic community development.
• Provides livelihood training programs (tailoring, food processing, beauty & wellness, handicrafts) for women.
• Organizes health and nutrition awareness initiatives, especially for women and children.
• Works with Self-Help Groups (SHGs), youth, and rural families to drive community-based development programs.
• Ensures that women’s participation is central to every project, promoting equality and sustainable development in rural society.
